Modelling Programs

Below follows a list of free software available for editing 3d models. Many of them also can be utilized in the process of texturing (see texturing section on this) via UV editing and material assignment.

Blender is a very powerful, but not overly user friendly program. It is free, can do countless modelling, rendering, texturing, and animation functions. (Driftwood uses this)
